We are a group of professionals with experience in Engineering development, Procurement Management and Construction Management assuming comprehensive responsibilities for IPC Projects, with the ability to form and coordinate high-performance teamwork with the technological and telecommunications support necessary to provide and deliver services in various sectors that contribute to the achievement of the objectives set by our clients.
One of our strengths lies in our core team of management and specialist professionals. This team consists of over 15 individuals who have worked together for more than 25 years. They have extensive experience in executing projects, both independently and in collaboration with prestigious Venezuelan companies, as well as with major IPC multinationals such as Bechtel, Fluor, Foster Wheeler, Technip, Uhde, JGC, Chiyoda, and CNPC, among others. Our expertise spans various sectors, including Oil and Gas, Basic Industries, Energy, and Infrastructure
On the other hand, PMCP Services has professionals with extensive experience in the field of project management assistance to different civil society organizations or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Venezuela.
At PMCP Services we follow the best practices and methodologies recognized in all areas of project management such as PRINCE2, IAPM and PMI, which identify the project management principles that guide the behaviors and actions of those who manage projects. For aid projects, at PMCP Services we adhere to the commitments and methodology established in the Core Humanitarian Standard or CHS. And in the field of project cost management we follow the AACE methodological guidelines.

More than 30 years of experience in planning, control and management of technology projects in the areas of Oil/Gas (PDVSA), Banking, services, telecommunications, Retail and Humanitarian Projects. Solid knowledge in the implementation of Project Management Offices and creation of hybrid methodologies in project management.
